Crystal Vogel would like to welcome you to her stable. Crystal has lived in Apple Hill her entire life. Growing up on her family farm just down the road, where she learnt how to care and provide for livestock. She started out at a very young age riding horses and having a pony of her own at the age of 6. 

When Crystal would visit her grandparents her cousin would give her riding lessons. She got the taste of showing at a young age when her cousin took her to compete at the Williamstown Fair. At the age of 10 Crystal started taking more competitive lessons, at this time she really started to grow her horse knowledge from riding, showing, training but also general every day care. Glengarry 4H Horse was a big part of Crystal summers, where she learned a lot of life skills as well as helping increase her horse knowledge.

Crystal attended the University of Guelph— Kemptville Campus where she took a 2 year Equine Care & Management program. She graduated in 2015 when she began CV’s Performance Horses. Crystal still works on her family cash crop and hog farm regularly she spends most of her time at the stable caring for the horses with her students and boarders. 

Crystal Focus on western riding, competing in barrel racing and pole bending. She has qualified 5 times for Quebec provincials & has attended for Barrel Racing, Pole Bending and Western Pleasure.

Crystal's Goal is to provide a safe and welcoming atmosphere to horses, owners and riders. Focusing on safety for all but allowing for fun and enjoyable memories for students, parents and boarders. Teaching western & English lessons from the basics too advanced. She enjoys training horses of all breeds to be safe quiet horses for their riders.
